With extensive experience in business operations, workforce development, process improvement, and organizational strategy, she specializes in identifying inefficiencies, developing practical systems, and creating the infrastructure businesses need to grow with confidence.
Throughout her career, Naisha became known as the person organizations relied on when processes broke down, communication stalled, or growth outpaced structure. Long before launching her own consulting firm, she was designing operational workflows, improving accountability, and implementing systems that strengthened performance across departments. Drastic Business Solutions was founded in honor of Naisha's late husband, whose life was defined by service, generosity, and an unwavering commitment to his community.
